主要研究方向

1.原子层沉积与化学气相沉积(ALDCVD)的生长机理与模式革新,多维纳米结构半导体及金属材料的合成及精细调控,同时,针对材料应用所涉及的表界面的物理化学特性,展开基础研究。

2.生物-材料复合界面调控及排放碳的绿色转化(碳中和)。
