摘要：

国家863计划MEMS研究与开发情况（2000-2016）；国际MEMS产业发展；我国MEMS产业状况；MEMS需求发展；MEMS制造技术发展；“十三五”国家科技计划中MEMS布局。

(1) The research, development, and commercialization of MEMS in China under the framework of The Hi-Tech Research and Development Plan of China (863plan). (2)The progress of key technologies on the design, fabrication, packaging, integration, and test of MEMS towards commercializing MEMS devices in the application areas of consumer electronics, automobile, industry 4.0, and medical etc. (3) The strategy for  recent years under the framework of the National R & D Plan of China.

主讲人简介：

东南大学MEMS教育部重点实验室主任[2001-2019]。

2003年获国家杰出青年科学基金，2015年被选为IEEE Fellow。曾任国家“十二五”863计划微纳制造技术主题专家组专家(召集人)、国家“十五”863计划MEMS重大专项总体组专家、国家自然科学基金委员会信息科学学部专家评审组成员、国务院学位委员会第7届学科评议组成员；IEEE Sensors年会程序委员会委员（2002-2016）；《Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering》编委，《传感技术学报》主编。

Prof. Qing-An Huang, Founding Director of the Key Laboratory of MEMS of the Ministry of Education, Southeast University.

He received the National Outstanding Youth Science Foundation Award of China in 2003 and was elected to IEEE Fellow in 2015.
