Biography1:
Igor A. GUZ
Professor Igor Guz is Head of School of Engineering at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. He joined Aberdeen 2002 as a Lecturer becoming personal Chair in Engineering in 2007 and the Sixth Century Chair in Solid Mechanics in 2010. Prior to joining Aberdeen, he worked at various positions in the Timoshenko Institute of Mechanics, Vienna University of Technology, University of Stuttgart, University of Paderborn, University of Cambridge, and Imperial College London.
Since 2013,Professor Guz has been leading the School of Engineering during the period of substantial change: in just over four years the School faculty has doubled in size. Professor Guz is also the President of the University of Aberdeen campus in Hadong since 2017. In 2018 he was appointed as an Extraordinary Professor of the Pusan National University in Busan, South Korea.
Professor Guz's main research interests are in solid mechanics; advanced anisotropic materials; three-dimensional theory of stability; multi-scale 3-D modelling of composite materials and structures; fracture mechanics; numerical methods; rock mechanics; nanomaterials and nanotechnologies. His research work has appeared in more than 350 publications including 4 books and over 140 journal papers. One of his papers has been placed in the top 1% within its field according to Essential Science Indicators. Another paper was the most downloaded article of the journal according to Top25 Hottest Articles and remained on the list for eighteen months.

吴克俭
Dr Wu is a highly skilled and experienced Reservoir Engineering specialist with a combined background and track record in both academia and industry, including hydrogeology, environmental engineering, and petroleum engineering. Specialize on Digital Rock Physics (DRP) for petroleum engineering and environmental engineering applications, integrating multiscale geomaterial properties, numerical simulation, image processing, reservoir characterization and multiphase flow modeling. Developed a series of advanced DRP tools, Experience includes working for environmental engineering, hydraulic engineering as well as oil and gas producing companies, academia.

三维数字多孔介质结构分析和建模,孔隙介质中多相流数字模拟;多尺度岩石物理特性整合,跨尺度岩石和土壤数字化结构建模和计算;现代新型复合材料数字化计算机模型研究;石油地质材料提高油气采收率IOR / EOR的研究,多尺度离散裂缝孔隙网络建模,CO2存储和多相流流体数学模型的建模及仿真。石油工程, 环境工程, 新型电池材料, 非均匀孔隙介质计算机仿真及其多项流和动态综合作用模拟技术,从纳米尺度到油田/流域尺度的分析和三维结构建模。
