摘要
Flexible organic photovoltaics (OPV) that turn light into electricity become emerging as wearable, sustainable and environmentally friendly energy sources. So far the record power conversion efficiency of existing flexible single-junction OPV has been exceeded 10%. For further planing their market penetration in silicon-dominated PV markets, robust flexible OPV with new configurations deserve to be further pursued. Modified poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(reafforestation) (PEDOT:PSS) films are of grand potencial to making high-performance flexible OPV devices as a flexible and transparent electrode (FTE). Our recent work focued on the realization of high-performance flexible OPV through using solution-processed PEDOT:PSS FTEs. The cost-effective FTEs were obtained by developing innovative methods such as strong acid treatments and unique transfer-printing techniques, demonstrating a promising prospect for making outstanding performance of flexible OPV.
报告人简介
樊细,博士,中科院宁波材料所硕士生导师,2013年6月获得武汉大学凝聚态物理博士学位,主要研究方向为柔性有机光伏材料与器件。2014年3月至7月访问新加坡国立大学工程系,研究方向为高导柔性PEDOT:PSS的开发。2015年7月前往香港理工大学纺织与制衣系和应用物理系从事博士后研究,研究方向为柔性有机光伏器件与可穿戴应变传感器。2017年8月加入中科院宁波材料所新能源技术研究所,任“春蕾人才”副研究员岗位。目前以第一作者/通讯作者在Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、Advanced Electronic Materials、Advanced Materials Technologies、ACS Phonetics、ACS Applied Materials & Interface等期刊上发表了论文十余篇。一篇文章被Chemical Reviews作为亮点论文报道。总引用600余次。
